Terms of Service

1. The parties

These terms are an agreement between Vendlab Ltd ("we", "us", "Follow Up") and the seller ("you") who creates an account and connects an Amazon Selling Partner account. Follow Up is a software-as-a-service platform that automates Amazon-compliant review requests through Amazon's official Request a Review API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

2. The service

Follow Up connects to your Amazon Selling Partner account via the official Selling Partner API, reads the order and messaging data needed to identify eligible review requests, and sends those requests through Amazon's Request a Review endpoint — once per order, within Amazon's 5–30 day post-delivery window, with opt-outs and exceptions automatically excluded. 3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use Follow Up to send any message outside Amazon's Request a Review API or its approved template;
• Attempt to contact buyers directly, or use any buyer data for marketing;
• Target only positive-likelihood buyers or otherwise manipulate review sentiment;
• Incentivise, coerce, or pay for reviews;
• Bypass buyer opt-outs, refunds, or Amazon exception flags;
• Resell, sub-licence, or share access to your account;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service or the Amazon APIs it relies on.

4. Your responsibility for Amazon compliance

Follow Up is designed to operate within Amazon's Terms of Service and the Selling Partner API Licence Agreement. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the then-current Amazon policies applicable to your seller account and marketplaces. You are responsible for maintaining your Amazon Selling Partner authorisation in good standing and for any review activity generated through your connected account.

5. Subscription, billing & cancellation

Follow Up is currently available free of charge during its beta period. When paid plans are introduced, pricing will be published on our Pricing page and billed in advance per billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further review requests are sent after that point.

6. Data & disconnection

Our use of your Selling Partner data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your Amazon authorisation at any time, after which access is revoked immediately and stored data is deleted within 30 days.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any particular review volume, rating, or Seller Performance outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, where the service is free, £100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vendlab Ltd from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of Amazon's policies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address on your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
