Compliance

Inside Amazon's TOS. By design.

Follow Up exists because there's a right way to ask for reviews — and a wrong way that gets accounts suspended. We only build the right way.

Official Request a Review API

Every message is sent through Amazon's documented Request a Review endpoint. We never use Buyer-Seller Messaging for review prompts and never send custom content outside the approved template.

The one-message rule

Amazon allows exactly one review request per order. Follow Up enforces this strictly — duplicate sends are impossible by design, even across team members and timezones.

Honoured timing windows

Requests are only sent between 5 and 30 days after order delivery, the window Amazon defines as eligible. Outside that, we don't send. No exceptions.

Opt-out & exception flags

Buyers who opted out, orders flagged for refunds, A-to-z claims, or seller-feedback exceptions are automatically excluded — every time, in every marketplace.

Full audit log

Every send, skip, and rule change is logged with timestamp, user, and reason. Export the audit trail any time — useful for internal reviews and Seller Performance enquiries.

What we don't do
  • No custom outbound buyer messages
  • No incentivised reviews
  • No targeting positive-only buyers
  • No fake or seeded reviews
  • No bypassing opt-outs
  • No grey-hat hacks of any kind

Sleep well. Sell well.

The most boring review tool on the internet — and that's the point.
