Follow Up started in a North London kitchen in 2022. Sam was running a kitchenware brand on Amazon UK, doing £80k a month, and losing his mind chasing reviews manually.

The "review tools" on the market were either spammy, non-compliant, or quietly building features that would get sellers suspended. Sam and Aanya — an ex-Stripe engineer — decided to build the tool they wished existed: official-API only, brutally compliant, and genuinely effective.

Two years later, Follow Up powers review requests for 2,000+ sellers across 13 marketplaces. We've sent over 12 million compliant requests and never had a single seller account actioned because of us.

That's the only metric we really care about.
